Definition of Narrative Text

Narrative text is a type of text in English to tell a story that has a chronological sequence of events that are interconnected. The purpose of this text is to entertain the reader about a story or story.

Types of Narrative Text

Narrative text can be imaginary or factual. Here is an example of a genre from Narrative text:

•     Fairy tale
•     Mystery
•     Science fiction
•     Romance
•     Horror
•     Fable
•     Myth and legend
•     History
•     Slice of life
•     Personal experience
•     and so forth

Characteristics of Narrative Text

•     Using action verbs in the form of past tenses.
•     Using a specific noun as a pronoun.
•     Using the Adjective to form Noun Phrase.
•     Use the Conjunction to sort events.

The structure of the narrative text focuses on a series of stages that are proposed to build a text on its own. In general, there are four stages in Narrative text, namely:

    > Orientation

Orientation or so-called introduction, contains about who, when, where a story is set.

    > Complication

Complication tells the beginning of the problem that causes the peak of the problem or what is commonly called the climax. This section usually involves the main character of the story.

    > Resolution

This section is the end of the story or in the form of a solution to the problem that occurred. Problems can be solved can be for better or even worse which will make the story end happily or vice versa.

Sometimes, there are resolutions which are other problems to solve. It is deliberately created by the author to increase and maintain interest and tension for the readers. Usually, this type of resolution is found in the mysteries and horror genres.

   > Re-orientation

The part is the closing of a story which is optional. Re-orientation can contain moral lessons, suggestions or teachings from the author.

 MINVENA

It was a lonely night and then the rain gave him the sound he was so fond of.
"At least someone accompanies me here"

someone who was walking on the outskirts of the city with a face that is very tired and a lot of luggage at every hand.
Her Minvena is a quite unique and rare name that shows how cute her face and behavior are.
When Minvena is 18 years old, she finds out that she is only an adopted child who is met in front of the house. 

When she heard that she ran out of the house to the garden and cried until Minvena's cheeks were wet with tears.
He just did not think that all this time he was only an adopted child 

he always did not care about what his neighbors said that Minvena was an adopted child. 

Minvena's adoptive parents have not gotten along since Minvena was 16 years old 

because her father had an affair with her mother's manager
Minvena's return from the garden Minvena saw her parents fight so badly that they dropped a vase

 Minvena's mother immediately encouraged her child to stay away "go away, don't bother me".

 After that Minvena decided to stay away and enter the room. 

In Minvena's room just crying and hoping for the best, she knew she could do nothing but cry.

 The quarrel was over with the end of the crackdown until finally Minvena's parents left her alone. Without mercy, Minvena was abandoned by her parents
Now that Minvena is gone from home, she went to the garden yesterday to cry and lament her fate. Minvena realized that she could not stay still. She had to find a job, luckily Minvena was old enough to work.

However, at this time, what Minvena was thinking about was looking for a place to spend the night when everything was dark, including Minvena's own world, without money and choice, Minvena decided to sleep in the park itself.
The bench in the park was not wide enough for him to sit on, but what power he had to sleep there now.

When she woke up in the morning, Minvena rushed to the city to find work, luckily Minvena got a job that was not too bad, namely being a maid in a family.

 

 A very rich family with abundant wealth except for their hearts
Minvena is paid at a price of 500,000 thousand rupiah for one month, a little right? There was no reason Minvena refused because Minvena really needed it.
Minvena works from morning to night without being given any rest, there are family behaviors that Minvena must fix.

One night Minvena was required to go to the outskirts of the city to pick up the family's clothes without being given money to ride a vehicle. Minvena hurried off to the outskirts of the city
When he had taken Minvena's ordered clothes walking on the outskirts of the city, luckily it was raining the clothes she brought in the stove layered with plastic.

"At least someone accompanies me here" someone who was walking on the outskirts of the city with a face that is very tired and a lot of luggage at every hand.
"I don't know what my fate will be if these clothes are not properly protected" Minvena monologue

After walking for a long time Minvena returned to the family's place. Minvena was lucky not to be scolded by the family

5 months passed Minvena decided to resign from the family home
Minvena started renting a small room, after which Minvena looked for work.
The job that Minvena gets is hurrying to wash, almost the same as her previous job but at least Minvena doesn't feel pressured. Now Minvena has lived peacefully with all her problems
